JOB SUMMARY
Looking for an Administrative Assistant. In this role you will support multiple departments in various tasks which support the organization as a whole. It's an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in many different areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with timekeeping and coding of labor on projects
- Assist with department filing
- Assist with meeting set up for employees and customers
- Provide backup administrative work for Engineering, Production, Quality and Human Resources
- Assist with non-confidential tasks in Human Resources and Safety
- Transmittal of Engineering files and documents to external customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Skills:
- Apt in a variety of computer programs/software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle and Attendance Enterprise a plus.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Travel: Occasional overnight/out-of-state travel.
- Equipment Used: General office equipment.
- Education/Experience: HS diploma or GED required and 1 to 2 years prior experience.
- Attendance Requirement: Regular attendance required during office hours plus overtime as required.
- Physical Demands: Time equally spent between sitting, standing and walking in both an office and manufacturing environment.
