Job Title: IT Program/Project Manager

Location: Media, PA (Hybrid Onsite schedule)

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Program/Project Manager to lead and oversee ERP installation projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background, extensive experience in ERP implementations, and exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively liaise between Systems Integrators (SI) and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the Systems Integrator (SI) and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Manage and oversee multiple mid-size company ERP installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Utilize ERP experience to guide project implementation and integration, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead project meetings, presentations, and workshops, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately for future reference.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience acting as a liaison between Systems Integrators and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple mid-size company ERP installation projects.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to executive leadership.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• US citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or ERP systems.
• Experience with other ERP systems and technologies.
• Prior experience in a similar industry or sector.
