Software Developer Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic problem solver with attention to detail, interest in process improvement, and great communication skills. You should be a self-starter, quick-learner, and motivated SW engineer who can work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work closely with an integrated functional team. Your responsibilities will include design, development, integration, testing, and installation.

Software Developer Required Tasks:

·Recent experience with software design, development, and test

·Recent experience working in a Linux environment

·Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming

·C 11 or later

Software Developer Desirable Skills:

·JavaFX

·Eclipse

·Python 2 or 3

·Bash scripting

·Network programming

·RHEL 7 or later

·Git

·Automated testing

·Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment

·Experience working in a large team

·Experience working on a large codebase

·Secure coding practices

·Static code analysis

·Interest in domestic and international travel

Software Developer Additional Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming/Engineering or
related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered

·Effective oral and written communication skills.

·Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen.
