The entry-level remote sales agent position is a full-time position and you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the process of selecting the right benefit programs for their family’s specific situation through a needs analysis program and completing the necessary application. We do work by appointment only.
For individuals interested in leadership, our sales agents have the option to join the manager training program which is a pathway to our senior leadership positions. Our corporate offices just increased our budget by $2 million so there has been a sense of urgency to fill this program, we are not going to settle for just anyone either.
