Position requires to be on call every other weekend (managing call offs remotely if there are any).

Duties of the Scheduling Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Creates nursing staff schedules and manages call-offs.
• Management of daily staffing ratios based on census and acuity
• Manages all recruiting efforts including job postings and screening.
• Assist DSD with any assignments given
• Responsible for scheduling orientations and keeping track of continuing education of nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Prior recruiting and scheduling experience preferred

Education/Experience Requirements:

• One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
