We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team and help us in the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial machinery, be able to troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, pay close attention to detail, and follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Driver's License
• DOT Card
• Massachusetts Hoisting license 2A

Responsibilities:

• Be on time, in uniform, ready to work every work day and portray a positive attitude
• Hours of operation in spring/summer/fall season months are M-F, 7am - 5pm with occasional weekend work needed.
• In winter months the hours are dictated by snowfall and shop needs
• Occasionally work will start earlier and/or go past 5pm (sometimes weather does not allow us to work).
• Must take instruction and work well with others to complete tasks at hand
• Be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs regularly
• Have the ability to communicate respectfully with coworkers and clients
• Work is performed outdoors so you must be able to work in all elements.
• Examples: High heat and humidity index, rain, snow, sleet, freezing rain, freezing temperatures, high wind, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
