Ground Up Construction Recruiting has partnered with a leading residential restoration/reconstruction company in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Leandro) on their search for an Estimator. They help homeowners overcome significant loss after fire or water-induced incidents by rebuilding their homes from using insurance policy proceeds.
The Estimator is responsible for estimating and selling restoration services to clients and bringing in new business from relationships with Insurance Adjusters and other lead sources. This person will accurately prepare construction scopes and estimates for restoration projects, work with insurance companies to determine fair and reasonable scopes of work, and meet with customers to explain the construction process.
