Job Title: Data & BI Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data & BI Specialist to join our team. The Data Specialist will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data management, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data validation and quality checks.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business decisions.
• Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Establish data governance frameworks and best practices to govern data usage, access, and retention.
• Inventory management of domestic and international import programs
• Vendor support and relationship building/New vendor/client implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, database management, or related roles.
• Experience working with data integration and business intelligence tools.
• Power BI, SQL, Python experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and analysis.
