Due to our growing business, we have an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant located in Roanoke, VA. Candidates should have good problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills, experience with Microsoft Office and Excel and have the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate should have experience in AR/Billing, maintaining spread sheets involving revenue forecasting and scheduling. The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant will be to:

• Receptionist and General Office Support Duties
• AR, Billing and AP Coordination
• Maintaining/Updating Field Scheduling
