We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various heavy machinery and equipment in a construction or industrial setting. Pay is DOE.

Duties:

- Operate and maintain equipment such as dozers, excavators, graders, and skidsteers.

- Perform tasks including building, digging, and dozer operation

- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently

- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment

Experience:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial environments

- Proficiency in operating the above listed equipment

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment

- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines

- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
