We are looking to add a qualified Assistant Manager for our Business Development Center  to our team. Hybrid position that will consist of working as Assistant Manager and a BDC Agent.Closing Shift (11:00 pm-8:00 pm). Our BDC Sales Representative should be passionate and excited to enjoy working in a fast-pace environment with a great team of associates.

BDC Agent Duties:

• Work New and Previous leads (Internet & Phone-Ups)
• Maintain good standing on all accounts as an agent.
• 1 Agent Saturday Required
• Keep up with personal Conversica
• A Professional that will handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
• Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.)
• Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
• Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends

Manager Duties:

• Work 1 Manager Saturday and when needed for converge
• Send all store updates throughout the day: time frames: 11AM/1PM/3PM/5PM/7PM
• Work alongside managers, assist with slips and any agent questions.
• Complete your assigned agents Internet Quality Checks every week of the month.
• Keep up with ALL STORE conversicas and the agent's upkeep throughout the month.
• Send ALL STORE Appointment Updates to the GM upon requested.
• Assist Managment with additional tasks as needed.
• Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
• Outstanding Customer Service
