All employees share the responsibility for maintaining a workplace culture of dignity, respect, understanding and appreciation of individual and group differences.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Manager, Change Management and Communications, to embed organizational change management (OCM) best practices into the IT organization's operations to achieve the desired business outcomes and drive effective communication strategies in support of IT change initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and interface with various enterprise-wide stakeholders to develop and implement communication plans that engage employees, foster understanding, and support successful change adoption. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change communication, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex organizational changes.
Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change communication strategies aligned with business objectives, culture, and values.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand change initiatives and tailor communication plans accordingly.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment with change goals.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and leaders to gather insights and facilitate open communication channels.
  • Create clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate communication materials, including emails and presentations, to promote the Technology Transformation strategy and articulate change objectives and benefits.
  • Create and implement communication strategies to engage and empower employees throughout the change process.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications on design, development, and delivery of communications as needed.
  • Develop methods to measure, monitor, and report on change program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in communications.
  • Experience and knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format.
  • Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to exert influence both with and without formal authority.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative working style with a focus on building relationships across teams.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
