As Assistant Manager for the store you will:

• Ensure that your customers receive an experience that exceeds industry standards each and every time.
• Help to build and oversee a TEAM that includes lead technicians and certified technicians who will perform light duty preventive maintenance services on personal and fleet vehicles such as: Full-service oil changes, engine and cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement, fluid exchange services, and tire pressure adjustment.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to the customers while addressing their needs.
• Constantly develop your TEAM members, maintaining an open line of communication ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain an open-door policy with your hands-on General Manager to ensure current company policy, goals, and budgets are being met at all times.
• Ability to multitask and monitor the shop floor
