Pay is hourly and discretionary based on the individual's experience and job function. On-the-job training is provided along with the potential for manufacturer's sponsored training. We are looking for people who can learn our systems and offer suggestions on doing things differently as we evolve as a company.

Perks of working as a Forklift / Auto Technician:

Pay: $22 - $35 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift

Typical day in the life as a Forklift / Auto Technician:

• Troubleshoot customer equipment problems and/or perform preventive maintenance on material handling, aerial and related equipment.
• Complete each repair job in a timely and productive manner while representing the company in a professional manner.
• Accurately submit work orders in an expeditious fashion via tablet.
• Follow all company procedures and perform work in a safe manner.
• Strong mechanical skills and a personal drive to learn and growth with us.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to provide your own mechanic's tools. Specialty tools are provided.

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED
• 1-2 years of Forklift experience; Mechanical / Automotive experience
• Able to lift 50 to 100 pounds as needed
• Practical knowledge of material handling and related equipment (automotive experience is ideal)
• Proficient with technology such as computer, email, internet, tablet and telephone
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• A customer first mentality
• Ability to interpret customer needs and fulfill them
