Job Title: EWM Application Tech Support Practitioner
Role Location: Concord, NC
Office Location: Concord, NC – All employees are expected to work from the client location only. There are 24x7 shifts where each employee will get placed into.
Duration of Role: 12 months
Job Description:
- As an Extended Warehouse Management EWM Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your Issue Management expertise to provide technical support for the EWM application.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving application related issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and providing technical guidance to end users.
- Additionally, you’ll be entrusted with the task of collaborating with cross functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
- You must have proficiency in Issue Management.
- Having proficiency in Extended Warehouse Management will be advantageous.
- Provide technical support for the EWM application, managing and resolving application related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and provide technical guidance to end users. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in EWM level 1 type of a skillset.
- Issue Management experience.
- All employees are expected to work from the client location only.
- There are 24x7 shifts where each employee will get placed into.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Plant interaction experience.
