G1 Graphics is a growing and diversified Sign Shop that handles entire signage projects including custom design, site-surveys, permitting, fabrication, printing, installation, and maintenance. We are seeking to hire a production technician/installer with the right skills and mindset to support operational growth. The sign shop serves clients in many industries including, but not limited to, aviation, emergency services, trucking, and concessions.

Job Scope:

The successful candidate will work alongside a team of graphic designers, production team, and installers to produce top quality work that exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Sign preparation, including weeding and repositioning
• Wrapping vehicles, walls, and floors
• Large format printing and laminating
• Interacting with customers, visitors, and employees daily
• Performs additional related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience installing signage, vehicle wraps, wall wraps, floor wraps, plotting, weeding, and Vinyl Lettering
• At least 1 year of experience as a graphic installer in a printing/signage environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Familiarity with large format printing, setting up print/cut files and designing for large scale projects
• Must have a valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
• Pre-employment drug screening required - positive results of any illegal substance, offer of employment may be retracted

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to stand and walk for prolong periods
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Compensation: $20-25 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM (some flexibility for after hours work)
