• Engineering/Technical acumen – will be dealing with challenging technical platform
• Problem Solver (Medical Device experience preferred) – experience with DMAIC or other formal root cause and solution determination.

• Supporting multiple programs and leading workstreams to achieve project milestones on-time/on-budget
• Working within a matrixed organization and multiple functions while executing per our QMS
• Resolving day to day issues (resourcing, technical, etc.)

1. What products (if any) will this role support?

• Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health
• Consumer off the shelf (COTS) – Samsung phones/tablets

1. What are your target years of experience?

• 7-10 years of project/program management with medium to large scale programs

Will the contingent worker be working remotely or onsite, or both (if both, please confirm possible schedule)?

Both – 3 days/week mandatory onsite

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Oversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
