Grover Corporation was established in 1929 and is the leading specialty piston ring manufacturer in the US. We ship our products around the world where they are used in large engines hydraulic cylinders, transmissions, air compressors, turbo chargers, shock absorbers and many other applications.

Experienced required:

  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance)
  • 5 years of experience in the role of CFO

HR Management

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal and local employment law
  • Manage HRIS Software data input and become “Superuser”
  • Administer compensation plan
  • Monitor performance evaluation program
  • Administer benefit programs

Talent Management

  • Lead Manage & Hold Accountable
  • Manage/conduct recruiting
  • Develop and implement retention initiatives
  • Direct new hire on-boarding
  • Direct employee training/cross training system (Grover U)
  • Drive culture

Strategy

  • Translate company strategy into HR objectives
  • Identify and Manage Recruiting Partners
  • Design and execute “Best Place to Work” initiatives
  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures
