GROW Associates, Inc. is Hiring a BCBA Near Randolph, MA
Essential Functions of Position:
- Provide clinical services to individuals in Grow's programs
- Oversight of the application of PBS principles across the agency
- Spearhead the implementation of the RBT certification for staff including to provide BCBA Supervision.
- Offer educational workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and expertise with partner organizations
- Support the organization in it's program expansion
- Master’s degree with Board Certification in Behavior Analysis required. 3 years clinical and supervisory experience in the field of ABA.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree with Board Certification in Behavior Analysis required. 3 years clinical and supervisory experience in the field of ABA. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a culturally diverse population of individuals, managers, customers and general public. Ability to read and write clear, concise and accurate daily reports and documentation. Ability to record data using a computer.
