Our Relationship Specialists are responsible for processing cash transactions, opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts, and discussing loan and retirement products. Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products

Physical Demands

• Ability to see and hear, write and speak English
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation

Work Environment

• This position is in-person. Youll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores.
• As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations.
• In this role, youll participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required.
