Grow West is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Woodland Purchasing team. Your daily responsibilities will include loading and unloading products for customers, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment and on-site operations. We seek someone who can bring a balance of skills in warehouse management, inventory control, organization, time-management, and attention to detail to help Grow West’s business across the communities and customers we serve.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; MerchantAg; Microsoft Edge; MapQuest; Product Label Searches (MSDS).
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
