Growing Talent Solutions is Hiring an Immigration Attorney Near New York, NY

Calling Immigration Attorneys looking to join a tightknit team to serve their stellar clients.

About the Role:

They are looking for an Immigration Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in immigration law. Extensive knowledge of immigration law is essential, and experience with family removal cases is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle various immigration cases, focusing on family immigration, removal defense, and other facets of immigration.
  • Provide legal advice and representation in different immigration matters.
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in immigration court and USCIS interviews.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage cases efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the NY State Bar.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Experience with family removal cases (preferred).
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload in a fast-paced environment.
