**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible, dependable and courteous; have strong data entry skills and basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. They will display polite, respectful phone manners and be willing to contribute as part of a team.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer and forward messages for incoming phone calls
- Data entry for new clients / manage existing clients
- Maintain filing system for client files
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
**Skills:**
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
