GrowthAssistant is looking for a Senior Media Ad Buyer for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate hel ps in creating and testing new Meta ad campaigns, optimizing them based on data trends, and advising clients on improvements. Responsibilities also include monitoring campaign performance, utilizing advanced Google Sheets reports, testing new ad content, and staying updated on social media trends.The BenefitsWork From HomeAttendance, Performance, and Referral BonusesPaid Holidays and Time OffsHealth Insurance CardThe RoleLaunch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch; A/B testing of ads and ad sets to determine what is and is not successful to drive business results (Build, QA, and launch ads)Independently optimize Meta campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.Proactively recommend new best practices to the client on recommended optimizationsMonitor, export, track, and identify common meta ads challenges , and proactively report on what is and is not working with the clientUtilize Google Sheets reports; advanced formulas , functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for d aily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the client providing actionable recommendations for improvement based on those reported findingsDrive the testing of new ad copy and assets based on new products or servicesAssist with the development of new ad channels as neededCollect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teamsUtilize instant messaging, video-calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with clientConduct audience, placement, and platform research to inform paid social strategiesStay current with social and paid media trends and communicate these developments to leadership and marketing teamsThe Requirements3 years of Meta ads experience to set up, optimize, and provide recommendations on ad campaigns based data trendsExperience with Advantage Shopping Campaigns (ASC)Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIsExperience building reports in Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time, and over time across campaignsExpertise is understanding Meta ads data and making proactive recommendations to clients on what is and is not working, and then adjusting campaigns & ads accordinglyMonitoring & optimizing ad spend budget per day, week, and month, making budget allocation adjustments based on dataProficiency in fluent English written and verbal communicationProactive daily communication through Slack , email, and video callsProven success partnering with U.S. based clients in past rolesAbility to work EST Nice To HaveExperience with TikTok ads and Pinterest adsAsana experience for team admin and project trackingHistory of campaign work in the DTC ecom spaceWe are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
