Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to ensure that communities thrive and residents have the best possible experience. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager at GRS Community Management. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This includes managing tenant relations, maintaining property integrity, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing budgets and financials. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in property management or a related field
  • Knowledge of property management software and tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
