Grubhub’s product team is looking for a Staff Product Manager for our Campus team. Our team owns a portfolio of innovative B2B products (Kiosk/POS, Lockers, Robots, etc.) dedicated to enabling partnerships with our Higher Education and Hospitality partners. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across the organization including Senior Leadership and critical business stakeholders, ultimately to be responsible for the evolution and growth of our products into the current addressable market, while strategizing on how to expand into other verticals/markets. The ability to develop and work backwards from a deep understanding of the customer’s perspective is crucial. You will report directly to the Director of Product for Campus and Hospitality.

The Impact You Will Drive :

• Build best-in-class experiences for Grubhub’s Campus B2B clients
• Help lead and set the direction for the Campus B2B team including but not limited to: defining new opportunities, working with executive leadership, our engineering team as well as other cross-functional teams to drive company KPIs.
• Craft and refine the vision of our growing our Campus B2B Product client base, both in current lines of business, and thinking ahead to how to leverage into other industries to expand the addressable market
• Owns and executes upon projects with vague and complex requirements, digging into details with other teams where appropriate to create clarity out of the ambiguity
• Leverages product development life cycle (PDLC) principles to create realistic and predictable roadmaps
• Identifies team bottlenecks and makes changes to practices, processes, and tools to improve team efficiency
• Collaborate cross functionally, executing strategy across teams to drive growth for your own and adjacent teams products

What You Bring to the Table:

• 7 years of relevant work experience in digital Product Management within an Agile environment
• BA/BS required (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics preferred)
• Direct experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms, A/B testing, web and native mobile application environments, and data analytics
• Experience launching B2B features in high growth markets; History of successfully delivering large scale projects in high-quality, managing the entire life-cycle
• Demonstrated ownership mentality through a track record not only of high-quality execution, but also of originating, evaluating, and building consensus behind opportunities to drive business and customer impact
• Data fluency and demonstrated data-driven decision making, including product health analytics, goal setting, impact estimation, and storytelling through data (SQL skills and BI proficiency strongly preferred)
• Work independently to define complex problems, prioritize effectively and deliver quickly
• Strong technical understanding for area of product development and demonstrates an advanced understanding of system architectures
• Shows personal commitment and takes actions to continuously improve; proactively seeks feedback, inserts themselves in projects that stretch beyond comfort zone
• Familiarity with Agile and OKR methodologies, preferably with squad or “tribe” structures
• Bonus: Experience within the restaurant technology, payments and/or hospitality industries

New York Salary Range: $189,000 - $284,000

The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
