Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team at Grubhub! The role will be based in our Chicago office (hybrid model - 2x a week in office). It will be critical that you are comfortable with a flexible and fast-paced work environment.

The Grubhub Talent Acquisition Team provides expert-level recruiting support in collaboration with the business to develop effective hiring goals. Our purpose is to identify and hire candidates to fill open positions efficiently with a strong commitment to building a diverse and engaging workforce. We are passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and act as trusted advisors to talent & Grubhub leaders.

The Impact You Will Make:

• Source Technical talent, screen, interview, assess, and disposition candidates
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the hiring goals across multiple business units with high volume requisitions
• Engage proactively with talent markets to attract applicants through a variety of sources and activities
• Drive interview process and coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices
• Adhere to all talent acquisition operational processes and support an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
• Create and deliver employment offers consistent with company guidelines
• Collaborate with team members across the People Team to effectively support business stakeholders (including but not limited to HRBPs, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, HRIS)

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting/sourcing, technical talent.
• Strong sourcing experience with boolean search strings and experience leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (and other related tools) to source talent
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
