Recipe For Success :

• Ensures Superior Quality Always by promoting a culture of Food Safety among all bakery associates through education and policy reinforcement.
• Under the direction of the Quality Food Safety Manager, assists in maintaining audit-ready compliance to all internal and external Quality Food Safety policies.
• Ensures that product scoring and related paperwork are completed accurately and on-schedule.
• Coordinates new-hire GMP / HACCP training.
• Participates in third-party audits including SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and AIB (American Institute of Baking).

Education and Work Experience :

• Bachelors degree in Food Science or related scientific major preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• PCQI and HACCP certifications strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience leading Quality / Food Safety / Sanitation teams in a commercial food production environment.
• Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
