Senior Construction Project Manager - Industrial Electrical - Broussard, LA

Gryphon Oakwood are seeking a dynamic and results-driven senior construction project manager. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and driving project success. Our ideal candidate will have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale industrial electrical projects. Effective communication, leadership, and project solving skills are essential. Additionally, the candidates must be familiar with and able to create and present RACI matrices, critical path analysis, budgets, and project forecasting to ensure effective project planning and execution. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, delivery, and close-out of complex industrial electrical and construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed timely and within budget to the highest quality of standards.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to help minimize project risks.
  • Utilize RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities within the project team.
  • Perform critical path analysis to identify key project milestones and dependencies.
  • Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct forecasting to anticipate potential issues and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones through effective presentations and reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education – bachelor's degree.
  • Required Experience – 10 years’ experience managing projects with 15 years of industry
  • experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications – PMP Certification
