We are seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic for a custom fabrication company in Leominster, Massachusetts. This is a first shift opportunity, overtime possibilities are available if desired.

Responsibilities :

• Fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Utilize press brake machine and punch press
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and fit metal parts
• Apply basic math skills to measure, cut, and align materials accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams for fabrication projects
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications

Experience :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fabricator, welder, or other related experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

Skills :

• Experience operating a press brake machine
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks
• Understanding of ductwork fabrication processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
