Activities to perform:

• Support users at distribution center, desktop support, printers, handheld, office 365. imaging devices and coordinate support with other areas.
• Basic understanding of Laptop and Desktop
• Basic process understanding of onsite user support and Conference Room Support.
• Can follow operating documents for maintaining PC and Laptops
• Basic understanding of Distribution Center Support
• Basic understanding in handling printers and other peripheral devices
• Providing first and second tier coordination for technical matters within the Support and across the Enterprise while managing third tier support escalations as needed.
• Coordination with support groups for applications during major issues
• Handle multiple internal support teams and application vendors for problem resolution
• Able to follow orders and assist in software, application, and hardware support for the local and remote users
• Maintain strong working relationship with internal support teams and application vendors
• Knowledge in document creation and log incidents using ticketing system for metric and performance-based reporting.
• Basic understanding ticket routing to right team process for quick solution
• Experience in Multi Team co-ordination from different region
• Ability to interact and work effectively across different stakeholders with less supervision

Network to support:

• Rack and stack/installation of Network equipment (APs, switches, routers).
• Network troubleshooting (Cabling, Port check)
• Redundant power supply verification
• Participation in connectivity tests
• Assist with initial device login
• Coordination/allow connection to remote team for specific configurations
• Might need to join meetings/sessions
• Coordination with remote team in general for all activities.

 Needed skills:

• Proficiency with Operating Systems normally used at workplaces.
• Experience in Network environment, supporting devices.
• Understanding of Network setup and configuration for companies.
• Desired experience with any IT support ticketing system for tracking cases
