Requirements
Job Requirements of Assistant Property Manager:
- Minimum 1 years' of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management
- Valid Driver's License, and active car insurance is required
- Leadership and decision making skills
- Able to work Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm & Saturdays 10am-4pm
- Great customer service
- Positive influencing, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as a leader and mentor to your team
