A Day in the Life of a Residential Service HVAC Apprentice/TechnicianThis is an entry level position. Proficiency of the responsibilities listed herein should be expected within 90 Days, at which point advancement towards Maintenance Technician would be considered. In this position, you will aid the Service Technicians in completing each call as efficiently and quickly as possible as you learn the business of HVAC Service. Our apprentices will demonstrate the initiative to learn the trade and be willing to partake in any training offered by GSM.
What you Need to be Qualified for the Residential Service HVAC Apprentice/Technician Position

• Possess the ability to read and write English to a HS level
• Valid NC or SC Driver's License and clean driving record
• Obtain EPA Certification within the first 90 days of employment
• Minimum of 1 year employment with GSM to be considered for advancement
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter
• Good work ethic
• Positive attitude
