**Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for innovative solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes and equipment to improve efficiency and quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. - Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize manufacturing processes. - Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes and equipment. - Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide root cause analysis. - Assist in the training and development of manufacturing staff. - Monitor and control production costs and quality metrics. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role. - Strong knowledge of CAD software and computer-aided design principles. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or Java. - Experience with manufacturing software, including ERP and MES systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. **Skills:** - CAD software - Manufacturing software - Computer-aided design - Programming languages - Lean manufacturing - Continuous improvement - Manufacturing engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
