GSquared Group is currently partnered with one of our key enterprise clients, a leading player in the manufacturing space, to identify a Senior-level Identify Access Management Engineer with a strong background using the SailPoint IAM tool to help the organization continue to strengthen it's cybersecurity protocols and policies, and work towards full integration of their internal applications with SailPoint.

Role Details:

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Engineer with expertise in SailPoint to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with a specific focus on SailPoint. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SailPoint IAM solutions to meet business requirements and security standards.
2. Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow configurations, including access policies, workflows, connectors, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
3. Architect and implement custom SailPoint solutions to address unique business needs and enhance overall IAM capabilities.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define IAM use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
6. Conduct regular reviews and audits of IAM configurations, policies, and access controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert on SailPoint IAM capabilities, staying current with product updates, patches, and new features.
8. Participate in the evaluation and selection of IAM tools, technologies, and vendors to support future growth and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM engineering and administration, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring SailPoint IdentityNow, including connectors, workflows, roles, and access policies.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, such as identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and authorization.
• Hands-on experience with identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management processes.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with third-party systems, directories, and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• SailPoint certification(s) preferred.
