Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for product development. As a Technical Project Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of innovative products, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving product success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage product development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Product Management:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with product goals and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve project management and product development processes.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and product quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in project management and product management roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
- Experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, engineering) is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Sr. Technical Project/Program Management
- Solid Project Delivery experience and understanding of project management fundamentals
- Quick grasp of business needs and ability to translate into technical requirements
- Desire and experience understanding the technical components of solutions, the candidate will be working with Salesforce and SAP primarily
- Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product management certification is a plus.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
