Description: Production Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various duties, including fabrication, hydraulics, and assembly. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our production goals are met efficiently and effectively. 

Responsibilities:

 Assemble parts and components to create finished products, following detailed instructions and specifications. - Perform quality control inspections to ensure that finished products meet our high standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the production process, working with other team members to find solutions.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols at all times.

Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met on time and within budget. Requirements:

Education and / or Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. - Knowledge of fabrication, hydraulics, and assembly processes. - Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions and specifications. - Strong attention to detail and quality control. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Language Skills:

Communicate verbally in English with co-workers

Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills helpful to learn the GT ERP System, windows, RF gun. 

Mathematical Skills:

Add, Subtract, Multiply, and Divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

Physical Demands:

Job will require using hands to grab, lift, feel, pull, push; some bending, squatting, walking, standing, reaching. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
