Job description:

The positions will support the inventory management process for local stores. This will include pulling an inventory report, completing an inventory audit to compare what the stores have reported versus what the internal report is tracking. You will also enter orders for equipment and supplies into ordering systems, and track and reschedule any missed deliveries., and report any issues with the bill paying kiosks. Additionally, you will also create and update return labels for stores and track any warehouse return violations.

Responsible for ensuring the local stores have the equipment and supplies on hand to meet the needs of new fios customers. 7-10 years of general office experience. A 2 year or 4 year college degree may be substituted for the experience requirement.

MUST HAVE SKILLS
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook or Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail
Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.78 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
