Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Our client is looking for a skilled and dynamic Epicor Administrator to join their team. The perfect candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience managing ERP systems, particularly Epicor ERP, within a manufacturing setting. As an ERP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, leading development teams, and ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Management: Oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of the Epicor ERP system, including BPMs, BAQs, SQL Servers, and integrations.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and manage technical operations and development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
• Integration Management: Manage EDI and TMS (Transformation Management System) integrations to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Cloud Migration: Lead the transition from on-premise environments to cloud-based solutions, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
• Communication: Effectively communicate complex information to a business audience, ensuring clear understanding and informed decision-making.
• Relationship Management: Build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and managed service/consulting partnerships, ensuring quality service and alignment with company goals.
• Leadership: Inspire and lead operations teams through strategic thinking and innovation, driving team performance and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5 years of professional IT industry experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Epicor ERP , BPMs, BAQs, SQL Servers, and integrations.
• Integration Knowledge: Experience with EDI and TMS integrations.
• Cloud Migration: Prior experience with moving from on-premise environments to cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Proven creative problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a track record of prioritizing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
