Global Program Manager, PMO (US based, Remote)

GTreasury has a vision to create the next-generation of technology tools for the global, corporate financial office. We are an established market leader in the SaaS treasury management space, and are expanding globally through a combination of cash management, connectivity, and financial risk management.

GTreasury is currently looking for a Global Program Manager, PMO to join our growing Project Management Office team.

Working under minimal supervision this position supervises the Project Management Office working to advance our process improvements and standardization and continue to find efficiencies that lead to happy customers and employees. You will lead the cross-functional execution of complex implementation programs across a variety of products. In addition, this particular role will focus on building high performing teams through talent development, process improvement and measuring success.

What You Will Do: 

• Responsible for the management of large cross-functional, highly visible, and business critical projects/programs across the globe, specifically in the customer implementation space. 
• Develop a center of excellence for standards and processes globally across the implementation team that aligns with our business objectives and annual strategic plan
• Establish the procedures for creating project objectives and work plans including budgets and resource requirements. 
• Delegate assignments to functional area team members and track key project activities and risks to successful completion
• Provide active mentoring and guidance to other project managers and project leaders
• Applies expertise to significantly influence the future strategy of the PMO function and implement best practices
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve product and project risks
• Drives for program success while ensuring consistency and alignment across all product development projects by innovatively overcoming constraints, problems, and issues
• Strong emphasis on exceeding customer expectations, while maximizing value to GTreasury
• Refine and create processes, procedures, reporting, and other materials related to global oversight of the portfolio 

Specific Experience for the Role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence 
• 3-5 years project management experience in a Saas environment 
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex programs 
• Expert understanding of project & program management processes and methodologies
• Ability to interact, manage and influence key stakeholders including executive team members
• Commitment to Excellence; through continuous process improvement 
• Team Building through effective interpersonal skills 
• Strong business acumen, organizational awareness and change management skills 
• Familiarity working in a fast-growing company with a constantly changing environment and understanding the challenges that accompany it 
• Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients at multiple organizational levels. 
• Proven ability to resolve conflict and create “win-win” situations
• Experience with project management tools and systems (Clarizen, Asana, JIRA, and ADO are a plus)

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus
