Data Entry Clerk (Hybrid)
Contract Duration 12 months (Extension possible)
Job Summary :
The Data Entry Clerk II provides business governance and control guidance and support for a business or functional area and implements policies / processes and / or initiatives to meet business governance and control objectives.
May provide reporting, analysis, testing, and assessments and is generally a lead or subject matter expert for a given area / function.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide business management-related research, evaluation, operational, reporting, and / or analytical support in a timely manner.
Develop and / or prepare applicable business metrics / standard / ad hoc reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders for their own business management area to help inform or support decisions as appropriate.
Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation / assessment, and review of business performance / processes / initiatives within assigned business management areas.
The Data Entry Clerk supports the development of presentations / communications and dissemination of information.
Coordinate relevant processes / meetings / events that impact a broad area.
Understand department objectives and contribute by recommending appropriate action to management based on analysis and review of results within assigned scope.
Must Haves :
MS Office suite ( Excel / Outlook )
Ability to analyze, research, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team as well as independently.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
