- Contract Duration 9 Months
- Pay rate up to $41.46/hr
- The Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the different chains. Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.
- The Junior Construction Project Lead will distribute all required project documents to external and internal contacts.
- Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress, and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned.
- Supplies Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.
- Strong organization and project planning skills are necessary.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
- Adept in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word. Lucernex and Service Channel experience are a plus.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Highly self-motivated, and works well in a team environment.
- 0-3 years in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades is preferred.
- Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.
- Strong knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing criteria would be desired.
- Experience working on complex projects is good to have.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- General fixturing and retail store planning knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to decipher landlord and city codes as it relates to exterior signs.
