Guaranty Bank is looking for an AVP, Consumer Lender/Underwriter to join our Consumer Lending Team. The AVP, Consumer Lender/Underwriter under minimal supervision will be primarily responsible for the underwriting, approval, and documentation of consumer loans, as well as the origination of new consumer loans as needed. This individual will also assist the VP, Consumer Lending with guidance and oversight of consumer lending activities. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent required. A minimum of two years of experience in consumer lending or underwriting, demonstrated knowledge of consumer loan products, services and loan documentation with an emphasis on real estate related products required.
