Sales Representative/Customer Service
We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Responsibilities and Duties:
Supports company operations by maintaining customer base
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and department heads
Keep abreast of best practices, standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Provide customer service excellence with each and every call
Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units, continuously improve through feedback
Prioritize and organize sale calls according
Providing customers with pricing information and respond to any queries they may have.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiations and communication and skills.
Ability to answer multiple phone calls in a busy setting
Ability to read and write in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
