We are a local home health company seeking a focused and reliable care coordinator. We believe the work place should be fun yet professional. We are very much a family and are excited to welcome our next family member.
This person will be responsible for ensuring shifts are filled for clients and that Caregivers receive any support they need to complete their tasks. You will be talking to clients and caregivers. Applicant must be friendly, have a positive attitude, self motivated, patient, extremely detail oriented, and a team player. We are extremely customer service oriented.
The ideal candidate would also have strong leadership skills as you will be responsible for the training and mentoring of caregivers that work directly with our clients.
You would be working in the office Monday-Friday from 8am until 3:30pm, but this can be flexible.
Salary pay starting at $650 per week with opportunity for a raise within the first month via a workload tier system.
