The primary purpose of the Marketing Specialist position is to oversee Guardian’s marketing functions at both the site and corporate level. This will include but not be limited to; online reputation/brand management, managing the company’s property website program, heavy assistance with new property lease-up activity such as marketing collateral design, branding, and event planning, social media planning, and coordination of third-party vendors.
The candidate must be able to work under multiple deadlines, be a team player, and have strong business writing and editing skills. This role will have the opportunity to work on exciting upcoming projects in the dynamic property management and development industry.
Compensation: Depends on experience.
