Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Position Overview
We are a rapidly growing company, and we want someone to grow with us. We need someone that works well in a team environment, good communicator, self-motivator, and great attention to detail. This person will need to analyze data and make quick decisions that will impact the company. They will be responsible for managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. They will ensure that productivity targets are achieved, and all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly. Their leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in managing a team and optimizing our warehouse operations.
Minimum Requirements
Job Duties / Description
· Plan and oversee the daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe use of warehouse space and equipment.
· Manage the warehouse team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
· Help develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
· Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular physical counts to ensure accuracy.
· Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, accounting) to fulfill orders and manage stock levels.
· Oversee the maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Prepare and manage warehouse budgets and reports.
· Implement and oversee security operations to safeguard warehouse stock.
Qualifications· Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager 5 years plus.
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and databases.
· Ability to manage inventory and logistics software.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
· Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
