We focus our practice exclusively on immigration law, and therefore seek a candidate that has a deep interest in learning and/or expanding their knowledge and expertise in this area of practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal interested in focusing their career on immigration law.

Once a case is completed, update the weekly activity report to ensure that information about the cases are up to date.
  • Be responsible of the firm’s calendar, adding important dates and deadlines for clients in Immigration Court and with the USCIS. As needed, contact the client to remind them of their deadlines and appointments to ensure clients are informed.
  • Perform administrative work. This includes aiding attorneys with light accounting work, creating invoices, contacting clients for payments, and filing documents. This also includes answering phone calls and taking messages when the attorneys are unavailable.
  • Perform other activities as assigned.
