Guide Property Services is a mid-size management company growing extremely fast! We are looking to hire a Portfolio Manager who wants to be a key member of our company to manage and grow our apartment community portfolio. We offer a casual work environment with performance bonuses and 401k matching. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for all operations of the communities in their portfolio and collaborate directly with clients to meet the operational and financial goals of the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activity at the properties in their assigned portfolio
• Manage the financial performance by overseeing market rents, collection, delinquency, occupancies, maintenance, and capital improvements
• Performs regular inspections of properties and grounds
• Address resident special accommodations and escalating issues
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Skills

• Proven work experience in multifamily property management
• Broad knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing
• Experience using property management software - AppFolio is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized with excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task, manage time efficiently and prioritize work responsibilities with minimal supervision
• 5 years property management experience
• 2 years managing a team of property manager(s)/leasing staff
• Reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
