Cornerstone OnDemand Content Team Overview The Content Strategy and Operations team is focused on working cross-collaboratively with internal and external content stakeholders to drive innovation, drive growth, delight and excite customers and make content core to Cornerstone business. We are focused on 3 aspects right now: content partner integrations, voice of content customers for our products, strategic planning and execution. What wed love in a candidate: Learning mindset and curiosity to understand how business and technology work together Experience with basic tools like word, excel, PowerPoint, Lucid chart and so on Some technical/programming background would be great Excellent communication and documentation skills Some project management skills to break down the project into milestones, deliverables, add timelines and follow through the project end to end 2 main projects for the intern will be: 1. Document end to end flows, personas for some tools like Create Tool (internal content authoring tool, CyberU (content management system), partner hub (partner management system), content corner (our prospect demo system) a. Deliverables may include detailed process flows, charts, repository of detailed task for each process step b. Process, tools recommendations to do what we do better and faster and in an automated fashion ???? 2. Helping to roll out content upload tool as well as working closely with some of our partners to load their content on our ecosystem c. Deliverables may include a project plan to have partners up and running d. Loading data, validating any errors e. Recommending improvements around process/tools they use along the way Once they complete the internship, we except they will learn following skills- Effectively communicate with professionals (internal & external) Understand content business flows which are common across e-learning as well as entertainment industry Understand current technology (productivity tools as well as content tools) Make connections with professionals, mentors who can help them in the career development
